Design Notes
It has been designed adding to the RBS sequence: GCGCCGTCTCGCTCGTACT upstream and tactagAATGTGAGCGAGACGGCGC downstream. These sequences allow the assembly of the part into BBa_P10500 with a Golden Gate reaction using BsmbI endonuclease. We have added the equivalent of the BioBrick scar to the RBS sequence because we have noted that without it, the transcriptional units with this RBS had not expression.
